1. Website purpose

The website presents general information and allows visitors to submit vehicle, parts, wholesale and project enquiries. It is not a live inventory, online shop, auction or binding offer. Images may be illustrative. Availability, specification, model year, market configuration, condition, origin, price, lead time and suitability must be confirmed in writing for each enquiry.

2. Enquiries and quotations

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including the correct vehicle, VIN, part number, destination, intended use and quantity where relevant. Compatibility cannot be assumed from a model name alone.

A response, estimate or quotation is not acceptance of an order unless it expressly says so. Any quotation is subject to its stated validity period, scope, exclusions, availability and commercial terms. A transaction is formed only through a separate written quotation, order confirmation, invoice or agreement accepted in the manner stated in that document.

3. Transaction-specific terms

Price, taxes, payment, delivery, Incoterms, inspection, title and risk, warranty, cancellation, returns, customs documentation and after-sales obligations will be stated in the applicable transaction documents. Those documents take priority over these website terms for that transaction. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Export, import and lawful use

Vehicles and parts may be subject to export controls, sanctions, customs rules, technical standards, registration requirements and destination-country restrictions. Unless expressly agreed in writing, the buyer is responsible for confirming import eligibility, permits, registration, local compliance and lawful end use. Doman Trade may decline or suspend an enquiry where information is incomplete or where a transaction could breach applicable law, sanctions, licensing requirements or third-party rights.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with operation, scrape content at scale, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or misleading information, or use the website to facilitate fraud or any prohibited activity.

6. Intellectual property

The Doman Trade name, logo, website design and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party vehicle names, marks and images belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification or illustrative purposes. No licence is granted except the limited right to view and use the website for legitimate enquiries.

7. Website availability and liability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that general website content is complete, current or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Doman Trade is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general website content or from temporary unavailability. This does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

9. Governing law and disputes

These website terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws and regulations applicable in the Emirate of Sharjah and the Sharjah Media City Free Zone. Subject to any mandatory rule or different dispute clause in a transaction document, the competent courts of Sharjah, UAE have jurisdiction.
